Fear over real estate sharks grabbing land in Mysore

MYSORE: The District Industries Centre in Mysore has urged the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) to expedite the process of acquiring land around Mysore before it falls prey to real estate sharks.

Speaking at a seminar on "Technology adoption for increased productivity" organised by the Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industries (MCCI) and Processware Systems, a private company, here on Monday, joint director of the centre H. Prakash said real estate sharks were eyeing land around Mysore in view of the city's anticipated growth.
